계정을 삭제하는 방법
- 앱에서 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 로그인이 차단됩니다.
- 30일의 유예 기간이 지나면 모든 개인정보가 완전히 삭제됩니다.
- 유예 기간 중에 다시 로그인하면 계정을 복구할 수 있습니다.
앱에 로그인할 수 없어 위 절차를 진행하기 어려운 경우, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 support@flywinglet.com에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진 URL, 로그인 식별자)
- 비행 기록과 첨부한 메모·사진
- 승무원 근무 데이터 (근무 역할, 블록 시각, 레이오버 메모 등)
- 추적 설정과 푸시 토큰
삭제되지 않거나 따로 보관되는 데이터

구독은 따로 해지해야 합니다
계정을 삭제해도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하기 때문입니다. iOS는 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독에서, Android는 Play 스토어 → 결제 및 정기결제에서 해지해 주세요.

How to delete your account
- In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Once requested, sign-in is blocked immediately.
- After a 30-day grace period, all personal data is permanently erased.
- Signing in during the grace period lets you restore the account.
If you cannot sign in and so cannot follow the steps above, email support@flywinglet.com from the address you signed up with and we will handle it after verifying it is you.
What gets deleted
- Account details (email, name, profile photo URL, sign-in identifier)
- Flight logs, along with any notes and photos attached to them
- Crew duty data (duty role, block times, layover notes and so on)
- Tracking settings and push tokens
What is kept, and why

Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because billing is handled by Apple or Google. Cancel on iOS in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and on Android in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
